The three C’s of SUCCESSFUL organisations, clubs and sporting teams
For the last 8 years I have worked with and alongside over 50 different organisations from a variety of spaces. From corporate biggies, small business, medium sized partner companies, not for profits, NGO’s, churches to community organisations, sport clubs and teams. My big picture analysis is that there are 3 common issues impacting all of these organisations in negative and unproductive ways. It doesn’t matter where I go in the world, these 3 issues are at the core of all the problems and struggles that these organisations are facing. On the flip side, if an organisation can get these three issues right, to an increasing degree, they will experience greater levels of success, satisfaction, loyalty, productiveness and enjoyment.
The 3 issues are: Communication, Conflict and Culture.
Interestingly, as much as there are many practical, structural and skills based learning around these three issues, the bottom line for all three is: RELATIONSHIPS
There are many learnings, behaviours and practices that I have imparted to organisations to help them work through these three C’s, and in time the results are quite spectacular. If you want to be ahead of the game and experience success at a new level, then you have to address these three C’s exceptionally.
